Throughout the world, children die needlessly every day because they do not have access to the necessary medical care, expertise or facilities to save their lives. Worldwide Children's Foundation of New York was dedicated to providing this desperately needed medical care for disadvantaged children, regardless of country, race, gender or religious belief.

We identified children in need and partnered with hospitals and health care professionals in the New York area to provide crucial medical care. We coordinated the direct care, travel and housing arrangements necessary to accommodate the young patient and a parent or guardian. Housing was often provided by a host family chosen to match the language and culture of the child, which made the diversity of New York City an ideal location for WWCF. In addition, Ronald McDonald House became a lifeline for short-term housing needed for many of our families. We assisted each child and family through the entire medical process and arranged for the aftercare upon the child’s return home.

Worldwide Children’s Foundation of New York was a non-profit 501(c) 3 and represented a team of heroes dedicated to saving the lives of children, one child at a time.
